Why Don’t We Use Water in Our Services?

Because when a natural nail absorbs water, it temporarily softens, swells, and flexes. When you apply gel to a nail that has been soaked in water, the bond between the product and the nail weakens as the nail dries and returns to its original form. We prepare the nail while it is completely dry and in its natural state. We clean dead tissue from the surface with precision, without aggressive filing or thinning the nail plate. Unlike places that scrape the natural nail and thin it like paper to make the product last, we work with proper preparation and flawless technique. As a result, our clients leave our salon with nails that maintain their first-day appearance for four to five weeks without peeling, lifting, or breaking.

Waterless Pedicure

Our waterless pedicure is based on the same principles of health and precision. Working on dry skin allows us to remove calluses and thickened dead skin exactly as needed, without damaging healthy tissue. More importantly, we completely reject the shared foot-washing whirlpool tubs and water bowls used in traditional salons. Those water basins are the number-one source of bacterial and fungal transmission; we reduce this risk to zero.

Every technician in our salon uses the Saeshin Strong 210 electric nail file and its 105L handpiece, known worldwide for high-precision micromotor systems. With adjustable speeds of up to 35,000 RPM and zero vibration, we can work around the nail without applying pressure or irritating the skin. What’s more, we do not use one bit for every step: the bit we use to remove old hard gel is completely different from the diamond bits we use to clean the delicate tissue around the cuticle. By selecting bits with the right abrasiveness for each nail type and each stage, we prepare a smooth surface without stressing the nail plate.

O NAIL AI UV LED Lamp — AI-Powered, Skin-Protective Curing

Gel products must not only look beautiful; they must also cure correctly for both lasting wear and health. We do not use ordinary lamps that expose the entire hand to unnecessary UV light. Our salon uses O NAIL AI UV LED systems with artificial intelligence and nail-detection technology. The 109 smart LED lights inside detect only the areas where your nail plates are when you place your hand in the device and focus the light directly on the nails. This allows even difficult areas, such as the thumbs and sidewalls, to cure completely while keeping the skin around the nails from unnecessary UV exposure. Every stage is completed in a controlled way, from quick seven-second flash-curing modes to full-curing programs, according to the product’s composition.

4BLANC Alizé — Advanced Dust Extraction for Waterless Pedicures

During a dry pedicure, dead skin removed from the heels and soles releases thousands of fine, invisible particles into the air. Without a powerful extraction system, this dust remains suspended in the air and is inhaled. In our pedicure area, we use professional 4BLANC Alizé dust-collection units with cyclonic vacuum systems capable of processing 540 cubic meters of air per hour. Thanks to the adjustable arm, we position the vacuum opening directly beside the heel being treated. Its HEPA-11 filter system captures and traps 99.7% of nail and dead-skin dust right at its source. The integrated LED lighting also allows our technicians to see even the finest details on the surface of the foot clearly.

SHEMAX Style PRO White & Teri Turbo M White — Dual-Level Dust Control at Manicure Tables

At our manicure stations, instead of ordinary tabletop fans, we use two of the most powerful professional systems on the market together: SHEMAX Style PRO White and Teri Turbo M White.

The fine dust created while removing old gel or shaping the nail can remain suspended in the air for hours. Integrated into our tables, the SHEMAX Style PRO creates a strong downward airflow directly beneath your hand with its dual centrifugal motor and draws dust straight into its HEPA filter before it reaches your face or clothing. In addition, our Teri Turbo M White systems, with 90-watt motor power, capture even the finest particles using a special washable and disinfectable HEPA filter. When a service is finished at our tables, you will find no dust on your clothes, and you will not breathe in that dust.

Three Separate Professional Air Purification Systems: Bosch Air 6000 and Two EnviroKlenz Air System Plus Units

Capturing dust at the table is not enough for us, because dust is not the only issue in a nail salon. The alcohol, acetone, gel systems, and adhesives used throughout the day release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and chemical vapors into the air. A salon may look spotless from the outside while its air is full of chemicals. This is one of the most important differences that makes us unmatched in California: although ours is a boutique-scale salon, we operate three large air-purification systems inside.

The first of these, the Bosch Air 6000, continuously circulates the salon’s general air and removes fine dust, allergens, and odors with its four-stage system consisting of a pre-filter, HEPA filter, activated carbon, and antibacterial layer.

Our largest investment is the two EnviroKlenz Air System Plus units in our salon. Ordinary air purifiers only capture dust; they cannot capture chemical gases. EnviroKlenz has specialized mineral-based chemical cartridges tested by third-party Intertek laboratories in the United States, an H13 medical-grade HEPA filter, and an internal UV-C light system. It does not merely filter chemical vapors, acetone, and product fumes in the air; it breaks them down by chemically neutralizing them. This is why you do not smell that classic, heavy, headache-inducing “nail salon smell” when you step into our salon. Protecting the lungs of both you and the specialists who work there all day is our primary priority.

Dyson V8 Absolute — A Zero-Dust Policy for Floors

Our approach to cleaning does not stop when the service is over. Instead of using a broom to clean the salon floor and stir fine dust back into the air, we use the Dyson V8 Absolute, with fully sealed, multi-stage filtration. With this system, which traps 99.99% of particles down to 0.3 microns, we clean every area, from beneath the chairs to the edges of the tables, without stirring up dust.

At our salon, hygiene is not limited to wiping down a table between clients; it is a strict protocol that begins before every appointment and continues after the doors close. Cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization are three separate concepts, and we do not treat one as a substitute for another.

High-Heat Sterilization at 200°C and Ultrasonic Cleaning

All metal tools used in Russian manicure and dry pedicure are moved to a designated soiled area after each client. First, they are placed in an ultrasonic cleaning device with special solutions. Ultrasonic sound waves remove even microscopic residue that is invisible to the eye from the smallest grooves in metal bits. The tools are then dried and sterilized through a full cycle in our professional sterilization devices, which reach 200°C (high temperature). We use tools that come fresh out of their package and have been fully sterilized for each client.

Single-Use Materials for Each Client

We never allow any material that cannot be properly cleaned to come into contact with a second client. Paper files, buffers, wooden sticks, pedicure slippers, protective coverings, and the abrasive surfaces attached to metal discs in dry pedicures are all single-use. As soon as the service is over, the abrasive heads are removed and discarded, while their metal holders are sent for sterilization. Our technicians use new nitrile gloves and a new mask for every client.

Station Disinfection Between Appointments

After each client leaves, manicure tables, hand and arm-rest surfaces, pedicure chairs, and device contact points are thoroughly wiped down with surface disinfectants. Before you sit down, your station is prepared from scratch just for you.

We do not apply the same formula to everyone; on short nails, we choose soft gels (soft/flexible builder gel) that preserve natural flexibility, while on medium and long nails, we prefer hard gels (hard gel) that provide structural support against impact.

Our appointment times are planned with the same care. A basic Russian manicure without polish takes approximately 45 minutes, while structured gel applications or nail extensions take between 90 and 120 minutes, depending on the level of detail. We do not rush services here. At the end of the service, we complete it only after checking not just the beauty of the color, but every detail, including consistency in nail length, the balance of the upper curve (apex), and the way light reflects off the nail surface.
